I can coach you by developing a personal weekly plan with delicious and easy recipes.
We start with an intake of one hour in which I will ask some questions. Then I’m going to get started with a plan for one week including recipes. Then we make a new appointment of one hour in which I will explain everything.
If you are satisfied with the starter kit we can continue our collaboration and I make a weekly plan including recipes for an agreed period.
If you have any questions or want some tips on how to cook with the leftovers you have I am just a phonecall or email away. These moments are included in the price.
Starter package $ 100.
This includes the intake, the plan for your first week, the recipes and the notes.
After that I will charge $25 per hour.
