This workshop will cover the basic techniques of vegetarian and vegan cooking and has a duration of three lessons.
Each lesson will take three hours and has a minimum of six and a maximum of ten participants
Lesson 1
– Basic vegetarian cooking techniques
– Replacements for meat and fish
– Nutritions in a vegetarian menu
Lesson 2
– Five basic cooking flavours
– Umami flavour and how to replace it in vegetarian cooking
Lesson 3
– Vegan cooking techniques
– How to replace dairy
– Replacing eggs in baking
Cost: $50 per person per lesson including recipes, ingredients and handouts
